• Recurring Subscriptions: Our subscription plans never auto-renew and you will need to renew your subscription. We will send you notifications to remind you for renewal until you cancel the subscription.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our payment partner through platforms like UPI, netbanking or cards.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon advance notice.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Subscription cancellations and refund eligibility are governed strictly by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. License & Content Usage Rules

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

• Geographical Limits (Geo-blocking): Content availability varies by location. You agree not to use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other technology to bypass geographic content restrictions.
• Concurrent Streams: Your subscription plan determines the maximum number of devices that can stream content simultaneously under a single account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You expressly agree not to:
• Copy, record, download, reproduce, redistribute, or broadcast any content from the Service.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to disable digital rights management (DRM) or anti-piracy protections.
• Share account credentials outside your immediate household or sell access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, video content, graphics, audio clips, UI design, and underlying code associated with the Service are owned by Iron Blade Innovation Labs Private Ltd. or its content licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Service Quality & Updates

• Streaming Quality: Playback resolution depends on your device capabilities, network bandwidth, and subscription tier. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.
• App Updates: We may release updates, bug fixes, or enhancements from time to time. Certain updates may be required to continue using the Service.
• Content Availability: Content on our platform is constantly updated. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove titles or features at any time without prior notice due to licensing agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Service: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manipur/India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manipur, India.
